Shipping, Returns, Refunds

 
Standard Shipping:
Orders placed before 2pm EST should ship same day, and should be received within 2-3 business days.  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Shipping Policy:
100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. 
Wrong or Incomplete Address:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
 
Returns:
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Must provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delayed or Lost Orders:
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. If we can verify address was correct at time of purchase, we will replace entire order free of charge. Please email us at customerservice@hotelandresortkeycards.com to reorder your replacements.
