- How are you able to offer free shipping and your competitors do not?
We designed the business around making this a priority and believe it’s core competency of an eCommerce Business.
- Why are you not offering Assa Abloy or Salto Key Cards or other systems in your RFID Key Card Offering?
We believe our current offering is 80% of the RFID Key Card market in the USA. We do have plans to offer more lock systems no later than summer of 2023. Custom bulk orders are available now for All lock systems. Assa Abloy will be available November 2022.
- Do you offer custom Key Packets and Sleeves?
At this time, we do not offer custom Key Packets or Sleeves.
- Do you offer payment terms and invoice payment?
If you are a property management group of 5 or more hotels we can offer terms with invoices. Invoice customers can pay ACH, Check, or Credit Card. Please reach out with questions, we can and do make exceptions.
- Why does my Key Card encode at the front desk but does not work at the door?
If this happens the Key Card IS working and for some reason the door and the front desk system are not synced up. Most common problems are the date on the door and dates that were put on the card are off. This could be caused by a battery failure at the door or an offline system. Your Door Installer will have to trouble shoot. See next question.
- Can you troubleshoot our system?
We know once door installers install your RFID lock system the ongoing customer service is found wanting. We do have plans to provide assistance in the future, but at this time we are unable to provide technical service.
- I don’t see my brand in your RFID Key Card Line Up will you be adding soon?
We offer great pricing and service by producing in bulk. The brands we offer at this time are the ones with the most numerous properties upgraded to RFID lock systems. We will be adding new brands on a regular basis and will likely have every brand available eventually. If you have a bulk order of 3000 or more reach out to our customs team.
- Can I call or email my order like I do at other companies?
We are an eCommerce company that primarily takes orders through our website. This allows us to offer great pricing with free 2 day shipping. We can always make exceptions, so please contact us with any question.
- How do I create an account?
When you checkout you will be given the option to create an account, or you can create an account by selecting the person icon at the top of the homepage next to the shopping cart. Accounts make future ordering easier and faster.
